摘要: 为解决制造型企业研发、生产、经营等活动中涉及的产品信息的管理、集成与共享问题,建立基于工作流的制造型企业产品信息管理系统。提出4种制造型企业的工作流单元模型,并借助电子仓库技术,建立以文件签入/签出为核心的产品信息管理的通用模型,提出产品信息集成化管理系统架构。实践表明,该系统能够实现制造型企业产品信息在企业内不同部门之间的集成和共享,同时能够支持产品全生命周期的信息管理。

Abstract: To achieve the management, integration and sharing of the product information involved in the activities of manufacturing enterprise, such as research, development, production and management, a generic product information management system based on workflow is established. Based on four manufacturing workflow element models, an integrated product information management system is developed by using electronic warehouse technology and the file’s checking in/out operation. Practice shows that the system can achieve the integration and sharing of the product information between different departments within the manufacturing enterprise, and support product lifecycle’s information management as well.
